What you need:
- 2tbsp ground coffee or instant coffee
- 2tbsp maldon salt
- 1tbsp freshly ground pepper
- 2tbsp paprika
- 1tbsp koriander
- 1tbsp Smoked Onion Powder
- 1tsp chili powder
- 1tbsp garlic powder
- 1-2tbsp cocoa powder
Mix everything
Put all the ingredients in a mortar and mix everything into a slightly coarse spice mixture. I like it when the different elements are a bit rough and not completely powdered. This also helps the flavors become a little more complex when eating whatever protein you choose to use it on.
